Terms of Service — Vestradiy

These terms are between you and Vestradiy, which operates vestradiy.com. By using the site or buying a membership you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What you are buying

A membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the members' games in a web browser while the subscription is active, including every game we publish while you are subscribed. It is a licence to play, not a sale of the games: no source code, asset files or redistribution rights are transferred.

Free games need no account and no payment. They are complete games, not demos, and we do not intend to put them behind the paywall later.

2. Price, billing and renewal

Monthly: US$3.90. Yearly: US$19.00. There is no lifetime plan.
Prices are in US dollars. Creem acts as merchant of record: it calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies, issues the invoice, and handles refunds and chargebacks.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. We email you before a yearly plan renews.
You can cancel at any time from the link in your Creem receipt email, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods, but see the Refund Policy — it is more generous than that.
If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, never to a period already paid.

3. Licence keys

Each subscription gets one key of the form VD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The key is the account: there is no password. It is for you, on up to three devices at once — that covers a phone, a laptop and a tablet. Keep it private and do not publish or resell it. If a key is being used by more people than that at once we may suspend it until you tell us what happened. Lost your key? Write to us from the address you paid with and we will resend it.

4. Refunds

Fourteen days from the charge, in full, provided you have not completed three of the members' games. The details, including how statutory withdrawal rights interact with it, are on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, rehost, resell or redistribute the members' games, or publish their source or assets;
bypass, probe or break the paywall, licence system or payment flow;
scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people;
reupload a free game as your own product, or remove our notices from it;
use the site in a way that breaks the law.

Linking to a free game, streaming it, or embedding a link in a review is fine and always will be.

6. Availability, changes and retirement

Games are provided "as is". They are single HTML files built for current desktop and mobile browsers; an old browser may not run them. We add, rebalance, change and occasionally retire games — a game may be withdrawn if it cannot meet the bar we publish. We aim to keep the site up continuously but do not guarantee uptime. If we shut the service down entirely, active subscribers receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

7. Ownership

All games, code, artwork, audio and text on this site are © Vestradiy 2026. Artwork is drawn procedurally in the games themselves or made for this project; no third-party asset packs or engines are used. Several games are original interpretations of classic arcade mechanics — the names and trademarks of those classics belong to their owners, are used only to describe where an idea came from, and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Vestradiy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, write to [email protected] — we will try to resolve it within 14 days. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We update this page and the date at the top when the terms change. Changes apply from the next renewal, and never retroactively to a period already paid for.
