What exactly is free?
7 of the 10 games on the site — complete, with no account, no email, no trial timer. We don't cripple the free versions; they're the finished games. Signal, Swarm and Prism are the exceptions, and they're the honest ones: all three were written from nothing, all took weeks of balancing before the systems actually punished you, and they are the only things we've asked money for. The 6 remaining Wave 1 games land behind the same wall.
How do I get in after paying?
You get a licence key (like VD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) on the confirmation page, and the page signs you in automatically. On another device, paste the same key on the sign-in page. No password to remember — put it in your password manager.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; it doesn't cut off the moment you click cancel. There's no auto-renewal trap — you'll get an email before a yearly plan renews.
Why is there no lifetime option?
Because we'd rather the price stay honest. A one-time payment only makes sense if we stop building, and we haven't — 6 more games are in the queue. Monthly and yearly both get everything we ship while you're subscribed, and yearly is priced at roughly a third of paying month by month.
Refunds?
Fourteen days, no questions, if you haven't finished three games. Email [email protected] with the order address. Creem processes the refund as merchant of record.
What are you building with?
Hand-written HTML and canvas. No engine, no framework, no generator. One file per game. The whole standard is described on the About page.
