Refund Policy
Fourteen days, full refund, no reason needed. Write to [email protected] from the email address you paid with, within 14 days of the charge. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to cancel first.
What it covers
- The first payment of a monthly or yearly membership.
- Renewals — the same 14 days after each renewal charge. If a renewal caught you by surprise, say so; we refund it.
- Duplicate charges and billing mistakes — refunded immediately, outside the 14 days as well.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout. If you paid with a different address, include the order ID from your Creem receipt or your licence key (VD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
- We reply within two working days — usually the same day.
- We approve it and Creem, who are the merchant of record, send the money back to the original payment method. That takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank; the timing after approval is the bank's, not ours.
What happens to access
The licence key stops working when the refund is issued. Your progress — scores, streaks, badges — stays in your browser, so if you subscribe again the games still remember you. Nothing is deleted from your device.
After fourteen days
We will still refund when the fault is ours: a paid game that will not run on a current browser, a game that cannot be finished because of a bug, or an outage that leaves you unable to play for a sustained period. Write and describe what happened; we would rather fix it or refund it than argue about a date.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you call your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and costs both sides money; a refund takes two working days. We will not dispute a good-faith refund request made inside the window above.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, and this policy is written to sit inside that right rather than around it: we do not ask you to waive it at checkout, and we do not require a reason. Nothing on this page reduces rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Where this policy and the law disagree, the law wins and we refund accordingly.
Free games
There is nothing to refund — no payment, no account, no trial timer. If a free game will not run, tell us anyway; that is a bug and it goes on the list.
Contact
[email protected] — also registered as the support contact in our payment provider's business details. Refunds are processed by Creem as merchant of record; we authorise them, they move the money.
